Chris Grimley—a founding partner of over,under—is a designer and curator with an education in architecture. He is co-director of over,under's pinkcomma gallery, where he has curated more than thirty exhibitions, including several installations about Boston's legacy of modernism. Chris's broad range of expertise and research agendas enable design and conceptual coherence across complex projects involving everything from urbanism to architecture to exhibitions to graphic work that ranges scales from books to environments. He has designed books for Rockport Publications, MIT Press, and Rizzoli Press, and his work has been recognized by the AIGA, Print and How Magazine. His writing has been featured in Harvard Design Magazine, CLOG, ArchitectureBoston, Architect, Volume, and The New City Reader. Chris teaches at Northeastern University, the Rhode Island School of Design, and Wentworth Institute of Technology.
