Veronica Baraldi is a traveller, of places and experiences: from her hometown Roma to Venice, Amsterdam and today Lisbon. She has always been triggered by the possibility to change and explore. Veronica has been nurturing her organization freak side by working in various architectural practices - UNStudio, Mario Cuccinella Architects, de Cie. - until starting her consultancy in Organization Design for Architecture in 2016. Her mission is helping architects build a flexible and efficient working structure, able to maximize their effort and reach their vision. Her purpose is creating a new sustainable and inclusive way to practice architecture, believing in its strategic power to change the world.
